With each entry both the feelings and perspectives of the child and adult are shared. These scenarios are inspired from memories of my childhood as well as my current experiences as an Aunt and Godmother.
Though the development of this brand and my own inner child work, my focus is on child communication. The goal of these diary entries is to provide a resource for more effective conversations and bridge the gap between the adult and child. If we can calmly speak to one another while opening our hearts with understanding and empathy, more powerful and fluid conversations are possible.
It is a really beautiful moment when this connection occurs and everyone is fully heard and understood.
